Pay Rate: $26/hr

Contract Position
Summary:- We have an immediate opening for a Human Resources File Clerk/Assistant to work on a temporary contractual basis manage and maintain accurate and complete employee personnel files
- We are seeking an energetic, dependable, well-organized, highly structured, and detailed candidate to be responsible for the following tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:- Review new hire paperwork for completeness.
- Complete a thorough audit/review of files already submitted to ensure all documents in the electronic files align with personnel files that have already been updated
- File confidential documents, audit personnel files for required documentation and, reviewing documentation for accuracy
- Shredding outdated personnel files as requested
- File and retrieve documents for other personnel
- Prepare records for off-site storage
- Maintain file room logs to track the location of files
Qualifications:- High School diploma and equivalent
- Accurate data entry and filing skills
- Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent consultation and execution skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail
Experience:- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
