Pay: $20-$25/hour depending on experience
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Administrative Support professional to assist our Human Resources team. This role will provide administrative and operational support across a variety of HR functions and requires flexibility, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team across multiple functions (recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and operations)
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with report creation and data analysis using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare presentations and materials using PowerPoint
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR-related events
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc HR initiatives as needed
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, formulas, reporting)
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and ability to create professional presentations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
