Sterling Engineering is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant in Blairsville, PA. This opportunity will work directly with the HR team while also supporting building and office needs.
Job Summary:
The HR Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with day-to-day building and office needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, organized, and comfortable working with a variety of people.
Job Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Assist with managing day-to-day building and office needs.
- Support general administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and other team members.
- Help ensure the office and facility needs are addressed in a timely manner.
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to completing tasks and resolving issues.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a similar environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality.
- Ability to work well with a variety of people and teams.
- Proactive, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Fully onsite in Blairsville, PA
