The role

IPl Schoeller is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our HR operations and help create a positive, productive employee experience. In this role, you'll play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining HR systems-ensuring our processes run smoothly from hire to exit.

What You'll Do

  • Support end-to-end recruitment administration for hourly hiring (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer processes)

  • Deliver engaging new hire orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS records and employee files

  • Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries

  • Assist with performance management processes in partnership with the Talent team

  • Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews

  • Collaborate with managers to support production staffing needs

  • Contribute to HR projects, employee well-being initiatives, and community programs

What You Bring

  • Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

  • Experience in an administrative or HR role, ideally within a manufacturing environment

  • Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
