What Youll Do
As an HR Administrator, youll support the Human Resources team by providing exceptional service to employees and leaders while ensuring HR processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
Process employment documentation and maintain employee records
Support payroll and timekeeping activities
Assist employees with HR questions regarding policies, benefits, and employment documentation
Maintain confidential employee information in HR systems
Coordinate employee communications and engagement activities
Support recruiting, hiring events, and administrative HR functions
Prepare reports and maintain accurate HR documentation
Partner with operations leadership to support a positive workplace culture
Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned
Schedule
This facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Day Shift opportunities available
2nd Shift opportunities available with shift differential
Flexibility to support business needs is preferred.
What Were Looking For
2+ years of Human Resources or administrative experience preferred
Experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent customer service mindset
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems is preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Shift differential for eligible 2nd Shift positions

California Pay Transparency
The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, education, and business needs.
