Job Description

IDR is seeking a HR Advisor to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. This role offers a chance to work within a dynamic and customer-focused Human Resources team, supporting employee inquiries and HR processes. The organization is committed to providing excellent service and continuously improving HR operations.

Position Overview for the HR Advisor:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employees, managers, and HR regarding benefits, policies, and HR programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through telephone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Support HR transactions related to employee lifecycle events, data changes, and policy clarifications.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and enhance self-service capabilities and operational efficiency.

Requirements for the HR Advisor:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft and/or Workday.
  • 37 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with HR systems.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Analytical skills required to resolve problems of a routine to moderately complex nature, demonstrating effective communication, empathy, accuracy, and multi-tasking abilities. Bilingual communication skills a plus.
