Description
Required Skills & Experience:
-One (1) year of experience in an administrative or support role in an HR setting.
-Ability to establish credibility, build rapport and create trust in a virtual setting.
-Excellent relationship management skills and ability to collaborateeffectively and partner well with others.
-Enterprise orientation to provide consistent guidance on issues and policies spanning various lines of business.
-Ability to understand the nuances of various lines of business and communicate using business terminology and provide recommendations in support of individual business needs.
-Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and use time effectively and efficiently, while shifting frequently between multiple priorities and business requirements simultaneously.
Required Education:
-Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related discipline.
Preferred Education:
-Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related discipline.
Preferred Certification & Licensure:
-PHR - Cert-Prof in Human Resource Human Resources Standard Institute.
OR
-SPHR - Senior Prof. in Human Resource Human Resources Standard Institute
-The SHRM - CP (Society of Human Resources - Certified Professional).
