Job Scope: Support HR with analysis on programs, policies, processes, and systems. Provide recommendations to improve HR management activities. Deliver timely and effective support for HR issues. Ensure HR programs align with organizational strategies and priorities. Plan, schedule, and implement HR activities to support operations. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct HR analyses and provide insights on policies, processes, and systems. Identify gaps, interpret data, and benchmark against best practices. Maintain and update HR policies, processes, and systems. Handle queries from stakeholders regarding HR data, reports, and systems. Implement and ensure stability of SuccessFactors modules. Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies and procedures. Perform impact analysis on organizational changes and recommend improvements. Maintain and update OM systems, organizational structures, positions, and workflows in SAP-ERP/SuccessFactors. Monitor and ensure quality control of HR systems, processes, and records. Support organizational effectiveness initiatives and change management. Enhance HR processes by identifying bottlenecks, risks, and redundancies. Manage system upgrades and collaborate with HRIS team for improvements. Analyze organizational and industrial data to support decision-making. Review and update organizational charts to ensure accuracy. Support competency mapping with the Training & Development team. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Minimum Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Applications, or equivalent. Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience. Certifications (Preferred): Professional Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central, Onboarding, RCM, PMGM, or equivalent). Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and system stability.M
