Role Overview
The HR Analyst will support the HR organization by responding to employee inquiries submitted through the AskHR inbox. This role serves as a first point of contact for HR related questions, requests, and issues, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to employees and managers.
The role focuses on ticket based support, call handling, and general HR assistance, with an emphasis on customer service, issue resolution, and proper routing or escalation when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to incoming tickets, emails, and calls within the AskHR inbox.
Provide support for common HR inquiries related to policies, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, and employee data.
Research and resolve employee questions using established HR policies, procedures, and knowledge bases.
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate HR partners when required.
Document interactions accurately within the HR case management or ticketing system.
Ensure timely responses and adherence to defined service level expectations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle employee information with discretion.
Identify recurring issues or trends and flag them to HR leadership as needed.
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in an HR support, HR operations, or shared services environment.
Experience responding to employee inquiries via ticketing systems, email inboxes, or call queues.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to interpret HR policies and provide clear guidance to employees.
Comfort working in a fast paced, high volume support environment.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a corporate or shared services HR model.
Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
Experience supporting a large, distributed employee population.
