HR and Accounting Assistant, Part-Time

•    Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Human Resources departments.Ability to operate software applications. (Excel)
•    Organize, file and maintain records.Assist with data entry.
•    Reconcile bank statements.Create AP checks.
•    Financial reports.Account reconciliation.
•    Key data into company accounting systems.Maintain Human Resources and Accounting data bases.

•    Proficiency in HR software such as UKG.Associate’s degree preferred.
•    Previous accounting experience required.Intermediate Excel knowledge required.
•    Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with shifting priorities.
• Physical Demands:
• This position requires incumbent to sit at desk and/or stand for long hours during regularly scheduled work hours.  
• This job may include, but are not limited to sitting, reaching, stooping, crouching, kneeling, climbing, twisting, hearing and repetitive motions. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Working Conditions and Environment:
• Incumbent works in a temperature controlled medical office environment.  
• • Pay:• The starting range for this position is $16.50-19.16/hr. depending on skills, experience, and qualifications as well as market considerations.
