Build Your Career in Human Resources!We're looking for an organized, professional, and detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll & HR Administrator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for candidates with Human Resources or Payroll experience who enjoy supporting employees, maintaining accurate records, and working in a fast-paced office environment.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting at $18.00 per hour
What We're Looking For Bilingual (English & Spanish) Required
Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience required
Experience maintaining employee files and confidential records
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & Outlook)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude and reliable transportation required
Job Responsibilities- Assist with weekly payroll processing and payroll audits
- Support new hire onboarding and employee orientations
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation
- Process employment forms and assist with benefits administration
- Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and HR policies
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and HR correspondence
- Answer phones, greet applicants, and provide front office support
- Maintain confidential employee information with accuracy
- Assist management with recruiting, employee communications, and administrative projects
- Perform additional HR and office administrative duties as assigned
