The HR & Safety Coordinator supports both Human Resources and Safety functions to help build a culture of safety, compliance, and employee engagement. This role is responsible for executing HR administrative tasks, conducting safety training during new hire orientation, managing Workers’ Compensation claims, and assisting in the development and implementation of safety initiatives that align with company goals. The position serves as a key resource for promoting consistent safety practices across the organization while providing day-to-day HR support. Job Duties/Responsibilities:
