Key Responsibilities for the HR Assistant:



  • Process HR data entry including employee and offer letter information

  • Prepare and distribute offer letters

  • Maintain records in ADP Workforce Now

  • Support HR transactions in Deltek Costpoint

  • Assist with onboarding and recruiting‑related administrative activity

  • Ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested


Qualifications for the HR Assistant:



  • 1-2+ years of HR or HR‑related administrative experience

  • Experience using HR software (ADP preferred)

  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills

  • Previous Deltek Costpoint experience is a plus


Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
