HR Assistant

We are looking for an HR Assistant responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Reviewing Section 1 for accuracy.
• Scheduling I9 meetings.
• Completion of I9 verifications (Section 2).
• Completes eVerify processing.
• Scanning and uploading identification documents.
• Scanning and entering Paper I9s into GryphonHR.

Specific qualifications for the position include: 

• High School diploma or equivalent

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
