Required Skills:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a customer service or HR support role
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow case management software
- Experience with call management systems, specifically for inbound inquiries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to understand timekeeping and payroll logic to resolve employee payroll questions
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in Spanish highly preferred
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior contact center experience and inbound call handling
- SuccessFactors experience
- Familiarity with LOA processes and policy inquiries
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Proven experience in a customer service or HR-related role with a focus on data management and inquiry resolution
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility for travel if necessary
- Experience with payroll inquiry support and case documentation
- Commitment to providing high-quality support to employees and HR teams
