Job Summary
The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of Woods Services’ human resource department.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Provide back-up for the front desk for lunch breaks/breaks/vacation, as needed in the absence of the HR Receptionist.
- Assist in responding to requests for employment verifications from employees and outside organizations.
- Assists with issuing new and reprinting IDs for employees. Maintains the ID database.
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding privileged Human Resource information.
- Other duties as assigned or become necessary.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Computer literacy required
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be extremely detail oriented and accurate
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, reach overhead, be able to kneel, squat, and stand for an extended period of time
