LHH is partnering with a client in Colfax searching for a Part-time HR Assistant to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will be onsite Tuesday-Thursday 7:00AM-4:00PM paying $18-20/hr. To be eligible for this position, you must be searching for a true part-time role without benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to HR department

  • Enter new hire paperwork into Paycom

  • Verify employee I-9's

  • Update and organize employee files

  • Process FMLA claims

  • Participate in employee engagement committee

Qualifications:

  • Must be looking for a true part-time role without benefits to be eligible for this role

  • Must have a strong understanding of confidentiality

  • Must be a quick learner and adaptable
