HR Assistant - Part Time

We are seeking a part-time HR Assistant to assist in our Raleigh office, and off-site offices if needed.

• Support staff with sourcing of applicants.
• Provide HR support by assisting with audits and paperwork.
• Completing and performing initial phone screens.
• Scheduling interview with candidates and Client Service Managers.
• Answering questions with excellent customer service skills.
• Data entry and updating the database.
• Other administrative/clerical duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Great opportunity for current college students!
• Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recruiting or HR related experience.
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff.
• Complete a background check.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
