HR Assistant

Pay: $18-$20

Advance Services Inc. is seeking an HR Assistant supporting a busy manufacturing environment in Peru, IL.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with general HR and recruiting support
- Filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records
- Supporting onboarding and hiring processes
- Performing general office and clerical duties
- Working with confidential information in a professional manner
- Assisting HR team with day-to-day administrative needs
- Working both in office and plant environments as needed
Requirements:
- Previous office, clerical, and/or recruiting experience preferred
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Proficient with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
