Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Help organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintain accurate timekeeping records.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR team.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (ADP Workforce Now).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
