Job Description

I am looking for an HR Assistant. The job is Contract to Hire!

Recruitment and Hiring Support
  • Post open jobs online
  • Sort and screen incoming resumes
  • Schedule interviews with managers
  • Send updates and messages to job seekers
  • Must be Tech savvy (Microsoft office: Excel, Outlook, Word)

    Onboarding and New Hires
    • Prepare new hire paperwork and contracts
    • Reviewing background checks and motor vehicle reports, filling out unemployment paperwork, verifications of employment, etc.
    • Verify I-9 and identification documents
    • Set up new employee files and system access
    • Help run orientation and training meetings

    Schedule:
    M - F (8:30am - 5pm)

    Pay:
    $25 - $$29 (DOE).
