HR Assistant (Entry-Level, Hourly)

Dutchman Hospitality Group is seeking a professional, detail-oriented HR Clerk/Administrator to join our Human Resources team. This is an entry-level, hourly role ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.

In this position, you’ll play an important role in supporting employees and applicants while helping ensure HR processes run smoothly and accurately. You’ll also gain hands-on exposure to key HR functions such as onboarding, employee support, and recruiting coordination.

What You’ll Do

  1. Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing calls and greeting visitors
  2. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems
  3. Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding processes
  4. Support recruiting efforts, including job postings and applicant coordination
  5. Respond to employee questions and escalate as appropriate
  6. Help coordinate employee programs and company events
  7. Maintain an organized office environment and manage supplies
  8. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team

  2. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  3. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
  4. Discretion and sound judgment with sensitive information
  5. Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and learning new systems

Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required.
