Under the direction of the Director, Human Resources, the Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the recruitment efforts at LTYC. They will provide administrative and operational support for the full cycle of recruitment activities. This includesmanaging job postings, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, tracking applicant data, and supporting onboarding logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This is a contractual role with the potential to grow into a full-time position.
