Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and HR-related inquiries, providing timely support and resolving day-to-day HR operations requests.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS by performing regular audits and resolving data discrepancies.
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, ensuring all pre-employment requirements and cross-functional processes are completed before new hire start dates.
- Manage employment screening and compliance processes, partnering with internal stakeholders to address issues and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Support new hire orientation and employee programs while maintaining HR documentation, standard operating procedures, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Compliance, and other business teams to streamline HR operations, improve workflows, and support ongoing projects.
Profile
- 2-5 years business experience, preferably in financial services
- Prior HR experience preferred
- Prior data entry and/or experience with an HRIS system preferred
- Prior Workday experience a huge plus
