A New Jersey-based consumer products company is seeking a new HR Associate in Parsippany, supporting the recruitment process in a hybrid work setting, focusing on creating a seamless candidate experience.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 4 days per week.***
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Coordinating interviews and handling travel arrangements
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Paradox and Workday
- Collaborating with hiring managers and recruiting teams
- Supporting HR shared services and process improvement initiatives
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ year of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related
- Proficiency in ATS (e.g., Workday)
- Scheduling tools proficiency (e.g., Paradox)
- High-volume work environment experience
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience in Recruiting Coordination or HR roles
- Familiarity with Travel and Background Verification platforms
