You support a broad range of human resources functions, including benefits administration, HRIS oversight, input and maintenance, departmental invoicing, staff events and recruiting. You administer and process employment and benefits transactions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and other employee lifecycle events, while ensuring data accuracy, integrity and in compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as museum policies, procedures, and best practices.
Other core responsibilities include:
Administering and monitoring all types of Leave of Absence cases, benefits changes and elections and serves as a key point person during Open Enrollment.
Coordinating employee events, schedule and organize training sessions for our Professional Engagement Program
Participating in front-line and volunteer recruiting efforts including, scheduling, interviewing and reference checks.
Provide administrative support for departmental initiatives.
