Position: Full-time, HR Benefits Coordinator
Location: Honolulu
Industry: Finance/Banking
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Pay: $19 - $24/hr. (DOE)

The HR Benefits Coordinator supports benefits, onboarding, HRIS, and compliance functions. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and internal partners, ensuring accurate HR operations and a positive employee experience. 

Job Duties:

• Administer health & welfare plans (enrollments, changes, billing, issue resolution)
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities
• Maintain HRIS records (hires, transfers, terminations) with high accuracy
• Track recruiting data, reporting, and dashboards
• Support wellness programs and employee communications
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and reporting requirements
• Assist with HR projects, leave management, and NMLS as backup

Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
• 2+ years HR experience (benefits, HRIS, onboarding, or HR admin)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
