The Role & Core Responsibilities

• Live Interpretation: Provide real-time Spanish/English translation during shift huddles, safety walk-throughs, performance reviews, and daily associate discussions.
• Document Translation: Translate HR policies, safety protocols, benefits guides, and employee statements between Spanish and English.
• Onboarding & Recruiting: Lead bilingual orientations and assist with candidate screening and hiring initiatives.
• HR Support: Assist associates with payroll, benefits, and timekeeping queries while maintaining accurate HRIS records.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English, including HR and warehouse terminology.
• Experience: Background in translation or HR within a distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse setting.
• Technical & Environment Adaptability: Proficient in Google Workspace; comfortable working between an office and an active warehouse floor.

What We Offer

• Paid Time Off: Up to 13 days PTO in year one (starting Day 1) plus 8 paid holidays.

• Hourly Rate: $21.00 – $24.00 an hour, starting pay commensurate with experience.
• Work Environment: Full-time, Onsite position
• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 or (7:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday -Thursday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Friday)
