Description:
The HR Business Analyst assists the HR department with identifying and solving HR related issues. The HR Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, creating reports, and managing the implementation of new HR systems and programs.
What you would be responsible for:
- Collect and evaluate HR data and metrics to make recommendations to leadership
- Work in partnership with internal departments to deliver data driven solutions
- Lead and participate in HR and payroll related projects and initiatives for the company.
- Lead System enhancement and Conversion projects for payroll and HR
- Facilitate educational efforts for payroll, benefits and HR system changes.
- Maintain accountability from initial acquisition to final disposition.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or Analytical Sciences; equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be substituted.
- Three (3) years HR experience
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent computer skills to include Word, excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to constructively interact with employees, managers, and executive leadership
