HR Business Manager

JSG is recruiting for a HR Business Manager!
Our client is seeking an energetic and experienced HR Business Manager to lead HR operations across multiple divisions. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as the primary HR contact, partnering closely with leadership to shape workforce strategies, ensure compliance, and enhance employee engagement.

Pay $100K

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience covering employee relations, recruiting, benefits, payroll, and compliance
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience managing HR functions across multiple business units or locations
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, applicant tracking systems, and learning management tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with confidentiality and sound judgment

Nice to Have Skills:

• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR
• Experience working in real estate, property management, food & beverage, construction, or similar industries
• Fluency in Spanish
