Job Summary: This role focuses on supporting HR Business Partners and global Centers of Excellence to align HR initiatives with business strategy. You will act as a key liaison, providing expert advice on HR policies and processes to employees and managers. Additionally, you will drive critical HR projects and facilitate best practice sharing for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Align HR programs with business and regional strategies.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and programs.
- Lead and manage HR operational projects.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices for ongoing improvement.
- Act as a culture advocate within the organization.
Must-Have Skills:- Proactive and organized approach to HR tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities.
Industry Experience:
Experience working within Human Resources functions, particularly in areas like performance management, workforce planning, and talent development, is preferred.
