With multiple locations and a collaborative culture, the organization continues to invest in its people while supporting long-term business growth.Job DescriptionThe Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, providing strategic and operational HR support. This role will partner with management teams to align workforce initiatives with organizational goals while fostering a positive employee experience. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful HR Business Partner should have:4+ years of Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager or HR Business Partner experienceExperience supporting employees within a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or operational environmentStrong employee relations and performance management experienceKnowledge of employment law, compensation practices, workforce planning, and talent managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceExperience with ADP Workforce Now, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms is a plusAbility to thrive in a highly visible, on-site business partnership roleWhat's on OfferBase salary: $80K - $110K with annual bonus eligibilityFully onsite in Bethel, CTCareer growth potential within a growing organizationComprehensive benefits package
