Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR Business Partner (Bi-lingual) to join our team in Fall River, MA. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture while driving HR initiatives that align with our business goals. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language will be essential in supporting our diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and promote a positive work environment.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to promote open communication and address concerns.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming workplace for all employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a Business Partner.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language (Spanish preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
