    Job Summary

    Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, HR Business Partner to join our team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success. Duties include but are not limited to employee relations, training & development, business partnering, compliance, and performance management. This position will be office-based in Cincinnati, OH with some work-from-home flexibility.

    Responsibilities

    • Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures;
    • Conduct investigations and facilitate terminations in partnership with management;
    • Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues;
    • Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making;
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends;
    • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments; and
    • Develop and present employee and management trainings;

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor''s degree in a related field and 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist or ER Specialist;
    • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws;
    • Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
