Overview:

Apogee is seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Business Partner to align business objectives with employees and management. The HR Business Partner will act as a consultant to leadership on human resource related issues and help drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions
  • Support change management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Assist with coaching managers on leadership development and team effectiveness
Qualifications:

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

Years of Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Business Partner experience preferred)

Additional Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, UKG, Workday)

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)

Additional Experience:

  • Experience supporting multiple business units or a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working for a Government contractor or other highly regulated environment

Pay Range: USD $99,670.00 - USD $137,047.00 /Yr.
