HR Business Partner

Key responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary HR partner to plant leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Coach and influence managers on performance issues, difficult employee conversations, development planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
• Partner with leaders to navigate organizational change and support business transformation initiatives.
• Drive talent management activities, including succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, staffing partners, and internal talent acquisition teams to support hiring and onboarding efforts.
• Analyze workforce metrics and HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and support business decision-making.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Act as a highly visible business partner, building strong relationships and credibility across all levels of the organization.

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

• 4+ years of HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Senior HR Generalist experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, supply chain, or other operational environments.
• Strong employee relations expertise, including conducting investigations and managing complex workplace issues.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and build relationships with leaders at multiple levels.
• Experience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, talent development, and performance management initiatives.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to leverage HR metrics and insights to support decision-making.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on day-to-day HR support.

• Competitive base salary of $110,000 - $130,000
