Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary HR partner to plant leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Coach and influence managers on performance issues, difficult employee conversations, development planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
- Partner with leaders to navigate organizational change and support business transformation initiatives.
- Drive talent management activities, including succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, staffing partners, and internal talent acquisition teams to support hiring and onboarding efforts.
- Analyze workforce metrics and HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and support business decision-making.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Act as a highly visible business partner, building strong relationships and credibility across all levels of the organization.
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- 4+ years of HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Senior HR Generalist experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, supply chain, or other operational environments.
- Strong employee relations expertise, including conducting investigations and managing complex workplace issues.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and build relationships with leaders at multiple levels.
- Experience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, talent development, and performance management initiatives.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to leverage HR metrics and insights to support decision-making.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on day-to-day HR support.
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary of $110,000 - $130,000
