Our client is a manufacturing company with a strong growth trajectory and continued investment. The HRBP will play a key role in navigating organizational change, coaching leaders, managing employee relations, and developing talent across a highly visible manufacturing site. Day to day, you'll serve as the primary HR partner for a 500-employee manufacturing facility, working closely with leaders across operations, engineering, supply chain, and production. A large portion of the role is focused on employee relations, coaching managers through performance and behavioral issues, conducting investigations, and helping leaders navigate difficult conversations. You'll also play a key role in workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational initiatives while supporting a site that is actively working through change and transformation. On the talent acquisition side, you'll partner with hiring managers, staffing agencies, and the internal TA team to coordinate hiring activity, participate in interviews, support onboarding efforts, and ensure critical staffing needs are met. This is a highly visible, hands-on HRBP role that requires strong influencing skills, business partnership, and the ability to build credibility with leaders while helping drive change across the plant.
