Description
HR Business Partner | Danbury, CT | Medical Device Manufacturing A growing, global medical device manufacturing company is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its Danbury, CT facility. This is a highly visible, hands-on role partnering with site leadership to drive talent strategy, employee engagement, and HR initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Partner with site leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement
Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and temporary manufacturing positions
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and disciplinary matters
Develop succession planning and leadership development initiatives
Analyze HR metrics and trends to support business decisions
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and HR policies
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and the broader HR team to support business objectives
Identify and coordinate training and development opportunities
Qualifications
4+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and employment law
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Ability to travel up to 15%
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or SAP SuccessFactors
