(Potential to be graded up to Senior level based upon candidate)

As the HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting manufacturing and operations leaders by aligning people strategies with business objectives while serving as a trusted advisor on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development. You'll have the opportunity to influence organizational growth, strengthen leadership capability, and help build high-performing teams across multiple manufacturing locations.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with manufacturing and operations leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce needs.
• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned manufacturing facilities, providing day-to-day coaching and support to leaders.
• Lead complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution while ensuring consistent application of employment policies and practices.
• Coach supervisors and managers on performance management, employee development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
• Support organizational change initiatives, restructures, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
• Analyze workforce trends and identify opportunities to improve retention, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Participate in plant leadership meetings while building trusted relationships with leaders and employees throughout the organization.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or operations environments.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, employment law, workplace investigations, manager coaching, and organizational development.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and geographically dispersed leadership teams while operating independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated success partnering with operations leaders through organizational growth, change management, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.
• A collaborative, approachable leadership style with the ability to build credibility from the production floor to senior leadership.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills, combined with a willingness to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on HR support.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and building scalable HR processes is highly preferred.
