Join Our Team as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care!

What You'll Do:

As an HR Business Partner, you'll be the go-to advisor for our operational leaders-aligning people strategies with business goals across multiple urgent care sites. You'll:

- Build trusted relationships with leaders and team members

- Guide workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development

- Resolve employee relations issues with empathy and expertise

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies

- Support benefits, wellness, and leave programs

- Champion a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

- 3-5 years of HR experience (urgent care or healthcare a plus!)

- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR) is a bonus

- Strong knowledge of ADP, performance management, and onboarding

- A collaborative spirit and a passion for people

Travel & Flexibility:

- Travel to urgent care sites across CT and NY as needed (mileage reimbursed)

- Standard hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-4:30PM, with occasional evening/weekend support
