Location: Memorial City
Length: Temporary role lasting 3-4 months, could get extended
Pay Rate: $38.71 – 42.85/HR.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. / Will be able to work remotely on Fridays 
Additional Details: Small team. Needs someone who is a go-getter and not afraid to ask questions. Should be able to communicate with all levels – this person will be supporting the field guys all the way up to executives.
Job Summary:
The Contract HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic business partner and advisor with business leaders and operate in alignment with the Company's core values. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP will work in our Houston Corporate office and may work two (2) days a week remotely. 
Details:

• Establish and maintain relationships with leaders and other employees

• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies

• Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations

• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required

• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)

• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation

• Participates and assists in executing various HR programs such as annual compensation reviews, performance management, and succession planning

• Maintain and administer programs such as, but not limited to: Drug Screening (random), Service Awards, Subsidies, etc. 

Licenses/Certifications:

HRCI or SHRM, preferred 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or other applicable degree

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience

• Proficient in Excel

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Have a collaborative work style

• Enjoy a diverse and team-oriented work environment
