HR Business Partner - HRBP

Location: On-site

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

Reports to: VP of Human Resources

About the Role:

This HR Business Partner role requires a highly responsive HR professional who is comfortable working in the field and traveling to assigned sites to address employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and urgent employee issues as they arise.

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping drive a positive, high-performing, and compliant workplace.

You’ll partner closely with leadership across assigned sites to support employee relations, guide performance management, and strengthen engagement and retention strategies. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, influencing leaders, and making a visible impact on organizational success.

What You’ll Do:

- Build strong partnerships with managers to provide day-to-day HR guidance and support

- Respond promptly to employee relations concerns, including traveling to sites for investigations and urgent matters

- Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions

- Interpret and apply company policies consistently and effectively

- Support hiring efforts by collaborating with recruiting on workforce needs and candidate selection

- Analyze workforce data (turnover, headcount, trends) to inform business decisions

- Facilitate employee and manager conversations to resolve conflicts and improve performance

- Identify development opportunities and partner with training teams to support growth initiatives

- Support organizational change efforts and promote a positive employee experience

- Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to improve retention

- Monitor and ensure accuracy of HR documentation, reports, and compliance activities

- Partner with HR leadership to identify risks and implement proactive solutions

What You Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

- 5+ years of HR experience in a generalist or business partner capacity

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

- Proven ability to coach managers and handle employee relations matters

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Experience using data to drive HR decisions

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and development initiatives

- PHR/SPHR certification (preferred)

- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

- Up to 50% travel between sites, including travel for urgent employee relations matters

- Frequent use of computer, phone, and standard office equipment
