About the Role
Netwatch North America is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (or HR Generalist) to support our business leaders across our organization. The position is a strategic partner to leadership, supporting organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance across California and multi-state operations. This role oversees employee relations, including investigations and performance matters, and manages key HR programs such as benefits and leave administration. Partnering closely with leaders, the position ensures consistent, compliant execution of HR policies and initiatives while fostering a positive, accountable, and engaged workplace culture aligned with company values.
The position offers a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of two days per week worked in the office and the balance of the work week worked remotely. This role is classified as exempt and follows a typical work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm (local time), reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, Human Resources. The position also requires flexibility and the ability to travel approximately 10% of the time, annually, to attend company meetings and support business operations.
