The Human Resources department serves an integral role in the organization by partnering with leaders to support business enablement through culture building, talent development and leadership effectiveness. The Human Resource Business Partner, in collaboration with leaders, is responsible for alignment of business objectives within the organization and for providing day to day human resources support to employees and managers. Builds partnerships across the Human Resources function and entire organization to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Maintains an effective level of business literacy, financial performance, and culture. Essential skills for success in the role of Human Resource Business partner include strong relationship building competencies, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and build trust amongst constituency groups. A strong business acumen and the ability to align Human Resource competencies to align with business objectives. A focused commitment to DEI initiatives and creating an inclusive culture.
