Required Skills:

• Proven consulting capabilities with the ability to troubleshoot complex business challenges
• Strong stakeholder management and influential communication skills, especially with executive leadership
• Data analysis proficiency to diagnose issues and develop targeted solutions
• Solid understanding of P&L, market dynamics, and strategic planning to guide talent decisions
• Experience in driving performance improvement, employee relations, and organizational development
• Ability to foster collaboration and develop trusted partnerships across functions

Nice to Have Skills:

• Background within the A&D or manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now or similar systems

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience, or
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of professional HR experience

Other Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship only—no dual citizenship accepted
• Willingness to work on a 9/80 schedule
• Possibility of role conversion to a permanent full-time position
