HR Business Partner

Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Support recruiting, interview scheduling, onboarding, and new hire orientation
• Maintain employee records and HRIS systems
• Support payroll and administer employee benefits
• Assist with performance reviews and employee relations
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Help develop and improve HR processes and workflows

Required skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years of HR experience (or a combined HR/Payroll role)
• Hands-on payroll processing experience
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems such as ADP, UKG, or Paylocity 
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and payroll regulations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus

Compensation:

The Salary range for this position is from $80k to $95k, depending on experience.
