How you would contribute to our organization and the Twin Cities region:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a senior individual contributor position within Human Resources serving as the primary contact for managers and supervisors seeking HR services. The HRBP bridges HR processes with business objectives, serving as a consultant and advisor to assigned business units.
This position is eligible for a hybrid telework arrangement and requires a minimum of two onsite days per week. The candidate's permanent residence must be located in Minnesota or Wisconsin. This posting will establish a six-month eligibility list for current and future openings.

This position is eligible for a hybrid (both remote and onsite) telework arrangement and is currently required to work onsite a minimum of two days per week. The candidates telework location must be in Minnesota or Wisconsin. Work may sometimes require travel between your primary work site and other sites within the Metro area.

A driving record check and/or physical may be conducted if applicable to the job. If you have a criminal conviction, you do not automatically fail. The Metropolitan Council considers felony, gross misdemeanor and misdemeanor convictions on a case-by-case basis, based on whether they are related to the job and whether the candidate has demonstrated adequate rehabilitation.
