Org Changes, Performance & Development Support • Model and process org-structure changes in HRIS (reporting-line updates, cost-center moves, job-title changes) under review. • Support the performance-review cycle end-to-end: system setup, milestone tracking, completion reporting, and calibration prep. • Track development plans and internal-mobility activity for the client group; produce simple activity summaries.
Career-Path & Job-Architecture Upkeep • Maintain and audit the career-path artifacts and job-family documentation for the client group. • Compare titles and levels against career-path standards; escalate misalignments for review. • Support job-description updates and career-path communications for managers and employees.
