Description/Details Seeking a senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to Director and VP-level leaders. This role operates at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy, driving organizational health, design, and talent effectiveness at scale.

Responsibilities Include:
Strategic Partnering: Advise Director/VP leadership to align talent and business strategies.
Org Design & Change: Structure teams for efficiency and manage large-scale transformations.
Talent Management: Lead succession planning, performance calibration, and retention plans.
Culture & DEI: Analyze engagement metrics and embed inclusive practices across teams.
Cross-Functional Influence: Mentor internal HRBPs and align with Centers of Excellence (TA, Rewards, L&D).
Qualifications:
Experience – 12+ years of progressive HR experience (with 8+ years in a strategic HRBP role).
Education – Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Other qualifications/requirements – Prior background navigating fast-paced, matrixed technology environments.
Must-Haves:
8+ years of strategic HRBP experience directly advising VP/SVP leaders in tech.
Core infrastructure/business type role experience across multiple technology domains.
Proven expertise in 3+ areas: organizational design, change management, workforce planning, or executive coaching.
Strong business acumen and people analytics depth to back talent interventions with data.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience supporting engineering, product, or research organizations.
Master's degree or HR certification (MBA, MILR, SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
Experience with large-scale corporate transformations or M&A integrations.
